London Underground came up with this new tube map that it is now testing with commuters. The plan is to replace the current schematic map, which was designed no less than 80 years ago by tube worker Harry Beck, with this one that is more geographically accurate.
I love it. Beck’s map might be famous but I have always found it unsettling to imagine a giant bottle underneath the streets of London.
